Top 27 Ways to Gain the Object in View: Part 1

There are many ways to gain the object of attention. The object in view is your goal or purpose. How do you gain or achieve it? The answer to this question varies. People use various ways to achieve the object in view. These ways are the means. To justify the object in view, it is the ways that justify the object in view. And not the object that justify the ways. To gain the object in view, here are some ways to follow:

1.      Perseverance in doing the works required/Try again and again and again and keep trying: This success anthem, try again and again and again and keep trying is not so interesting to people to people. Most people tend to be discourage when they hear it. They are not very comfortable with this success anthem. And that is why they keep asking, how long can one keep trying to gain a particular thing? The answer is in the anthem. 

Try again and again and again and keep trying. Some duties are very depressing or very disagreeable. In such situations, what will you do? Will you abandon the work or duty? Or keep on with the work or duty, until you get it done? For most people, they will abandon such work or duty each time they come face to face with such work or duty. If you abandon the work, your action is conflicting with the success anthem, try again and again and again and keep trying.

And the work or duty will be left undone. Why, because, the work or duty is a depressing one. The truth is that the more you abandon your depressing works or duties or responsibilities, the less you will gain the object in view. It is not easy gaining the object in view. You have to work, very hard to gain it. What you need here, is perseverance in doing the works you are supposed to do and should do and must do. What is perseverance? Perseverance is persistent determination. It is the act of persisting or persevering; continuing or repeating behavior.

Unless and until, you are willing to try again and again and again and keep trying, you may probably just have to forget gaining the object in view. To gain the object in view, one habit you need is the habit of trying again and again and again and keep trying or the habit of persisting.      

2.     Be bold: Be bold is the call to gain the object. This is one success anthem that makes to stand on your feet. It is a clarion call of success. The word bold means fearless and daring. Fearless means oblivious of dangers or perils or calmly resolute in facing them. It is invulnerable to fear or intimidation. 

While daring is the trait of being willing to undertake things that involve risk or danger. When you are fearful and not willing to do things that involve risk or danger, when the success anthem says, ‘Face the risk’, it means you are not yet determine to gain the object in view. The risk are all that, you have to face to gain the object in view.

Fear and timidity, very often discourage most people from going after the object in view. They weaken your strength and distract you from doing the things you supposed to be doing. Until, you are bold, you will not be able to gain the object in view. Be bold is the clarion call.  

3.      Let your determination be strong enough: The term determination means the quality of being determined to do or achieve something; firmness of purpose. It is the act of devoting full strength and concentrated attention to something. It is being strongly motivated to succeed. Most people do not like to use or bring their full strength into their works and are very poor in giving concentrated attention to a task or duty. 

The habit of not wanting to bring in your full strength into your works and the inability to give concentrated attention to your duties cannot help you to gain the object in view. The truth is that, to gain the object in view, you are expected to bring into your works your full strength and not part of your strength and pay or give concentrated attention to your works or duties or responsibilities.

When your determination is not strong enough, you attention to your responsibilities will be divided and you will prefer to use little of your strength in doing your works. This is one single reason, most people are not always fit or capable to gain the object in view. If you must gain the object in view, let your determination be strong enough to drive you crazy going after the object in view.

4.     Do the works that matches your cherished desires: Another way to be able to gain the object in view is to do the works that matches your desires. You cannot be able to gain certain object in view, when the works you are doing or you love doing are matching or equal to your desires. 

Most times, people do not get to gain the object in view because, their works are not always equal to their desires. You cannot be doing the lesser things and be expecting the best. To gain the best, you must be willing to do or give the best.

There are many works which do not matches your desires. Doing such works would not help you to gain the object in view no matter how you love such works. To gain your cherished desires, learn to do the works that matches that desires.

The truth is that, your particular object in view cannot be achieve, if what you are doing does not matches that object in view. To gain the object in view, your power of action or the works must be equal to such object in view. 

5.     Success: The success anthem for reflection here, is success must be pursue, the more you chase it, the more you catch it. Success here, is the ability to keep doing what you are supposed to do and should do and must do. It is the constant discipline and diligence. Success is both a means and an end. It is not a onetime activity. It is a daily activity of a continuing and repeating behavior. 

For you to gain the object in view and for your life to get better, you need to improve and improve to succeed. That is why, you need success as a quality or one of your ability. If you do not keep doing what you are supposed to do and should do and must do, where is the merit? Your merit is in the act of keep doing the things you are supposed to do and should do and must do. You need success to succeed or win or make your dream come true or overcome difficulties.

Without success, people lives will just keep getting worsen and they will not be able to gain the object in view. Why? Because, most people will keep desisting because of the inability to keep doing what they are supposed to do and should do and must do. To improve and improve to succeed, success helps you to be able to gain the object in view.   

6.     Have the nerve and the heart: Having the nerve and the heart is sure way of gaining the object in view. The term nerve means, get ready for something difficult or unpleasant. And nerve or heart means, having the courage to carry on. Looking at the two meanings here, you will see that you cannot gain the object in view when you do not have the nerve or the heart to do things which are difficult or very difficult or unpleasant. 

Most people are not always ready for the difficult or the unpleasant things. It is not part of what they will love to be doing and it is not what they will love doing. So, they hardly carry their mind to the process of getting ready for the difficult or unpleasant things. Since, they know that the difficult or the unpleasant things will make them uncomfortable and unhappy, they hardly get ready for such actions or duties or responsibilities.

It is a great thing to have the nerve and the heart to follow that object in view. It will be surely yours at the end of the day. Most people when facing the difficulty, tend to desist or back out or withdraw from going after the object in view. Because, they do not have the nerve and the heart to continue the chase.

It is having the nerve and the heart that keeps you on chasing the object in view. The habit of doing what you love and loving what you do, is preventing most people from getting ready for the difficult or unpleasant things. And also, prevent them from gaining the object in view. Until, you have the nerve and the heart, the object in view will remain very far from you.  

7.     Believe that you can gain it/be positive or be optimistic about it: When you believe you can gain it and you optimistic about gain it, this positive attitude will help you to stay strong and be more focus on the object in view. In most cases, most people, tend to doubt themselves too quickly. 

And as a result of such doubt, they become distracted from doing the things they ought to or should be doing. You believe in yourself and in your ability and in the object in view, is very powerful thing in making you to gain the object in view.

When you believe you can gain it or you are positive or optimistic about the whole situation of gaining the object in view, it bring out your inner strength and boost your morale. It make you to become more energetic in going after the object in view. This positive attitude keep you on in the chase of gaining the object in view.   

8.     Be ready/get ready:  When you are not ready, you cannot chase after the object in view. You must be ready to go after the object in view to gain it. Be ready or get ready involves preparing yourself for some unpleasant or difficult or depressing or distasteful things. Because, you will surely come across them. The word ready means, poised for action. It is to be completely prepared or in condition for immediate action or use or progress. 

It is to make ready or suitable or equip in advance for a particular purpose or for some use, event, etc. If success is a war, you must prepare for the war. At this juncture, it is very important to ask these questions:

(I). Are you ready? And

(II). How ready are you?

Take your time to reflect on these statements:

(A). Soft people do not win wars. Are you ready?

(B). Prepared, if beaten or bidden, to return a thousand times to the most depressing duty or disagreeable duty. Are you ready?

(C). Must finish your race. Are you ready?

(D). Face the risk. Are you ready?

(E). Fight till the end. Are you ready?

(F). Pay the price. Are you ready?  

If you are not ready, you would not be able to win the war, you would not like to return a thousand times to a dressing duty, you would not be interested in finishing your race, you would not like to face the risk, you will evade or escape the fight, you would not want to discomfort yourself to pay the price. All these will be happening, because you are not yet ready.

To gain the object in view, being ready is a vital essential element which must be present. It is your readiness in gaining the object in view that can make you to gain it. Most often, most people love to gain the object in view, but their preparation is weak and poor. In this case, it will be very difficult to gain the object in view.       

9.     Love the positive things you will do to gain the object in view: The positive things you will do may be difficult or unpleasant or distasteful or depressing and even scaring. In spite of these, you must still love the things you must do to help you gain the object in view. The love for the things you must do, is confirm by your actions. It is the actions that confirm that you actually love the things you must do.
