14 Ways You Can Restore and Regenerates Your Excellence
The word restore and regenerates mean to re-establish on a
new, usually improved, basis or make new or like new. It is to return to life;
get or give new life or energy. It is to restore strength. The term excellence
is the quality of excelling; possessing good qualities in high degree. There is
excellence in everyone but some people excellence is lying low or sleeping or
weak. When your excellence is down, you will not be able to perform well. To
restore and regenerates your excellence, the following ways are available:

Tell yourself the truth: Telling yourself the truth involved accepting your responsibilities or duties or works cheerfully without minding whether those responsibilities or duties or works are depressing or distasteful or difficult. Most of the times, most people do not like telling themselves the truth that is why they often tend to dodge or avoid or excape from their works. Sometimes, some people do not like to pay proper attention to the task or work before them.
So they end up given divided attention to the task. Most people do not want to pay the price or face the risks or go through their problems. On daily basis, most people keep doing the things that keep them poor. Telling yourself the truth means accepting yourself the way you are by knowing your strength and weakness and do something about your strength and weakness. You have your strength but you do not want to use it fully.
Your weakness can be turn into strength but you are not ready for that. You are not ready to kill or labor yourself or struggle. All that you want is to only be feeling the gains or the benefits. Until you are telling yourself the truth, you cannot achieve your highest purposes or dreams. The only way you can restore and regenerates your excellence is to keep telling yourself the truth in your words and actions. Remember, actions speak louder than words.

It is to have a firm determination or resolution to do things that you should be doing. When you are stiff, you will not compromise your lofty standards. But when you are not stiff in your actions, inconsistency and inconstancy and unsteadiness of actions will crept into your life.

There are conditions attached to having hope. And these conditions are that you must be ready to do all that is expected of you to do before your hope counts. If you cannot do what is expected of you, your hope does not count or matter. The hope becomes a dead hope.
Doing what is expected of you helps to restore and regenerates your excellence but failure to do what is required of you weakens or kills your excellence. Here, your despair and your dead hope kill your excellence.

The process of learning to resist urgent pleasure in favour of the long-term gain helps to bringout the excellence in you. Self-discipline is living your life according to higher ideals and tough or strong principles which most people do not feel good or comfortable about.
