See 9 Reasons Why You Should Not Over Worry Yourself
Over worrying yourself is depressive in nature. It causes
more harm than good. It has negative effects on your health. The problems of
daily living is overwhelming and the cost of living these days is very
high. Worry means something or someone
that causes anxiety; a source unhappiness. It is thinks about unfortunate
things that might happen. It is a strong
feeling of anxiety. It is disturb the peace of mind of; afflict with mental
agitation or distress. Most people are being rule by over worry. When over
worry governs your life, so many things will be happening to you. One of such
thing is that worry slowly kills the victim. Take your time to ponder on the
following reasons why you should not over worry yourself:
1. 1. Worry brings depression: Worry is a source of unhappiness. While depression is a mental state characterized by a pessimistic sense of inadequacy and a despondent lack of activity. When you are not happy how can you be active? Unhappiness makes the heart bitter. And the bitter heart kills its owner. If you allow your worry to get the best part you, you will lose your sense of responsibilities to yourself. Over worry makes the individual dull and inactive. You will lose your concentration on the main thing and focus more on depressive activities. Depression leads to despair which often causes people to give up on their goals.
2. 2. It increases blood pressure: Over worry tend to increases the blood pleasure thus weakening the person body functioning. High blood pressure is an abnormal rate of blood pumping by the heart which causes other health challenges. Many people have lost their lives due to high blood pressure of the heart. One reason why over worry is negative is that, it contribute in killing the owner of the heart who is suffering from the problems of high blood pumping or pressure of the heart.
To eliminate this problem of increase in blood pressure, you must stop worrying yourself unnecessary. Over worry do not solve any problem but to add additional problems on the already existing problems. People should learn to just worry about chasing their dreams and catching it, if at all they need to worry themselves.
3. 3. It soften the mind and makes you to lose your composure or self-possession: Over worry soften your mind by making you to lose your composure or self-possession. Composure is the steadiness of mind under stress. It is a settled state; calmness; sedateness, tranquility; repose; quiet; placidity, coolness, equanimity, self-possession. Self-possession is the act of being composed or tranquil in mind, manner, etc.; undisturbed.
It is to be calm, placid, unruffled, unexcited, cool, undisturbed, and sedate. When you lose your composure or self-possession, you no longer have the power to control your mind. Your mind start wavering and you cannot make decision properly. Indecision becomes the order of the day. When your mind become soften, you will not be able to chase your dreams effectively and rightly.
4. 4. It shorten your life: One the things that shortens people life is worry. Over worry shortens people life and shatter their dreams as well. You do not get to live the require number of years you are supposed to live because of too much worrying unnecessary on several unimportant things or less or lesser or small important things. If worry shortens people life why are most people giving in to over worrying? The answer is just simply lack of ignorance. The truth is ignorance also kills. If you must increases your life span, you need to find a way to manage your excessive worry or over worrying. One way to manage your worry or over worry is indulge in positive thinking and meditation and reflection.
5. 5. It kills your peace of mind: Worry kills your peace of mind. Peace of mind is the absence of mental stress or anxiety. When you are experiencing the absence of mental stress, your mind or mentality is stronger and positive. You are able to engage in deep reflections, or thoughtfulness, and meditations. Your thinking tend to be broadminded. But when over worry begins to rule over you, you will not be able to do all those positive things being done earlier. But instead anxiety or mental stress take over and you automatically lose your peace of mind.
6. 6. You frequently give in to anger: When you over worry and you cannot get immediate solutions to what is triggering the over worry, you will suddenly start giving in to unwanted anger. Anger is a strong passion or emotion of displeasure or antagonism, excite by a real or supposed injury or insult to one’s self or others, or by the intent to do such injury. It is to make angry. Worry brings along with it anger. Anger is another thing that shortens your life. The more anger you have, the more you shortens your life. Learn, do not allow anger to get the better part of you because it kills you.
7. 7. It weakens one’s or your faith: Too much worry or over worry also contribute to weaken your faith in yourself. Anything that have adverse effect on one’s faith is negative. If your faith is weak, you cannot be able to do the things you should do. You will avoid all those things and you will be seeing your actions as normal. Over worry limits your faith and pulls you backward from going after your cherished desires or highest purposes. One of your enemy of life is doubt or self-doubt. When you doubt yourself, you have hurt yourself and to heal yourself, you need yourself confidence back as fast as possible to stay on course. So do not allow over worry to dominate your life.
8. 8. You lose your optimistic spirit: To be optimistic is to be seeing things from positive terms and always expecting the best possible outcome. When you are optimistic you give yourself the opportunity of second chance to do the things you should do. To stay hopeful of the best is yet to come. But when you lose that optimistic spirit, you start expecting the worst things to happen. You no longer see any good reason to stay hopeful and by so doing you give up on hope and on faith and yourself and dreams as well. Over worry makes you to become pessimistic about yourself and your dreams and life generally.
9. 9. Over worry increases your fear: Another enemy of life is fear. Fear cripple people’s ambitions and dreams. Over worry instill more fear in you to the point that fear begins to manipulate you. And then your actions follow suit. Fear cannot allow you to do the things you need to do and should do. Worry and fear are the foremost enemies of life and they both more together. Anywhere there is worry or over worry, there is fear. Each time we or you entertain worry or over worry, you also entertaining fear. The both limit people from pushing forward or harder in catching their dreams. Over worry and fear are real enemies of man.
The above reasons are why you should not over worry yourself. If you must worry, worry about overcoming and winning or victory and not about pains and problems. Ponder for a while why worry and fear are man’s greatest enemies. You will see that worry and fear does more harm than good to the person who indulges in them.
