6 Reasons Why You Should Not Be Afraid to Start Over Again
There are reasons people can give to
backed, or support their argument why they cannot start over again. The reasons
no matter how they are presented does not hold water. There is no tangible
reasons in this wide world that will be accepted as strong enough to prevent
you or people from starting over again. You can start over again. Yes you can.
It is possible. Here are some reasons you should not be discourage from
starting over again:
1. 1. There are different pace for achieving one’s cherished desires: According to Martin Luther, if you cannot fly, run. If you cannot run, walk; if you cannot walk, crawl but keep moving all the same. Refuse to be held still. You are not meant to be still or stagnant, you are meant to shine. Success have the different pace to achieve it. Some people pace for achieving success is quick or fast. While those of others are slow or very slow.
If somebody else pace for achieving his or her success came fast, it does not mean that the people whose success came later are not smart or intelligent. Success have different pace for achieving it because it is a journey. In a journey, everyone or all people will not arrive at the same time. Many factors come into play why some people arrive earlier than others.
The most important thing is that you arrive from your journey. People’s journey may start at the same time or at different times. But even though the journey start at the same time they must not arrive at the same time. The pace for achieving success cannot be ascertain. You only do your best and leave the rest to God.
2. 2. You are never too old to chase your dreams: Your age is just a number, it has nothing to do with your success. Your age does not determine your success or failure. What determine your success or failure is your positive and indomitable attitude or your negative and soft attitude. Your age is not a barrier or boundary you should not cross. It is not a prison that cage, block, prevent, hinder, or steal your freedom. You are capable of achieving your success in respective of your age circle you find yourself. Your loss of interest is one major thing or factor that can prevent or hinder you from achieving something and not your age. Your age is a gift.
3. 3. It is never too late to catch your dreams: There is no specific ideal time for achieving your success. Success can be achieve at any time as long as you are on the right path and you are doing the things you should be doing or what you are meant to do or ought to do or what you are expected to do. Time itself is not the problem or the issue. The problem is not using the time well. Success is not attached to a particular time.
As far as life is concern only the dead is late in chasing the dreams, because there is no hope for the dead person. Only the living are hopeful. It is never too late to catch your dreams because each day is an opportunity to do just that. We have different time for achieving success or one’s dreams. My time may or can be different from yours. It is not a crime.
4. 4. Success is not a competition: You are not in a competition with any one, because success is not a competition. Therefore, catching your dreams is not a competition. You are not competing with other people but with yourself in order to improve and develop and better yourself. Each time success is seen as a competition, one begins to defeat himself or herself by doing things he or she ought not to do.
The more you competing with others, the sadder you become. You will never get to achieve the same things. You will lose your peace of mind and this can leads you into frustration and depression. If care is not taken, you may even lose your life. Many people are indulging in crime of various kind owing to competition.
Besides the competition, success is relative. What may be success for you may not be success for another person. And what may be success for another person may not be success for you. That is why, it is said, that success is God. By saying God must be pursue, the more you chase Him the more you catch Him. This is true because success is also spiritual.
5. 5. The race is yours: The truth here is that the race is not theirs. The race is yours and yours alone. Each person has his or her race to run and to finish. The most important thing about this race is just to finish the race. So, just face or run you race. The race is not a competition but it has a rule. And what is the rule of the race? The one and only rule of this race is you must finish the race.
The failure to run or finish the race is a crime against yourself or oneself. If you not finish the race the fault is yours. And if you do, you again the again of the race. The time use to finish the race is immaterial or not important. The time does not count. It is your ability or capacity to run and finish the race that count or matter. It is your race. The point does not matter or count. The time you finish the race is not important, and is not the problem. The problem will be you did not finish the race but if you do finish the race, congratulation. You have made it. There is no position in the race.
6. 6. Failure is not the end to success: Failure is the beginning of success. It is not an end in itself. It is an opportunity to start over again. It is a learning tool that helps you to avoid the repeat of the same mistakes. Failure is the high away to success. It is the mother of success. Like success, failure is more of a journey than a destination. The arrival time varies. Both success and failure has spiritual dimension. Success is a joy and failure is a postponed success. Keep moving, keep going, keep trying, keep attempting, keep daring, keep pushing until your dreams come alive or true. You only fail when you do not try. But the more you keep trying, the more you win. Failure is a means is to an end.
These six reasons discuss here are the
reasons why you stand your ground without fear that you can do it and do it to
succeed. To succeed, you must learn to start over and over again.
