Without planning or when you fail to plan, you are planning to fail. In the event of unpleasant circumstances, you will not be strong to cope with adversities or hard knocks. When you face a difficult time, you need to plan what to do and how you will do it. And then take the action or actions that help you to deal with such tough times.

2.      12. Growing:  The dictionary defines growing as the process of an individual organism growing organically; a purely biological unfolding of events involved in an organism changing gradually from a simple to a complex level. It also mean increasing in size or degree or amount. How does growing become a way of coping with adversities? Growing involves knowing what to do and doing it the way it should be done. For example, a farmer knows what to do so that the crops can produce well but if, he or she fails to do what he or she should do, he or she should not expect the crops to grow properly. This means that the farmer must do the things he or she supposed to do and must do it with all his or her intelligence and strength in order to experience a good harvest at the end of the farming season.
