15 Things That Help to Reduce Stress
Sources of stress can be anything. Stress has several
sources. Everything we think of, see, feel or touch is a source of stress. Stress
is a state of mental or emotional strain or suspense. It also the difficulty
that causes worry or emotional tension (strain). Tension is the feeling of
hostility that are not manifest. It is the physical condition of being
stretched or strained. Strain is also a nervousness resulting from mental
stress. Nervousness is the anxious feeling you have when you have the jitters.
It is an uneasy psychological state. It is a sensitive temperament. At this
point, let’s look at the factors that help to reduce someone stress. These
factors are:

From this meaning of the word courage, you can see that having courage to doing that you are supposed to be doing really go a long way to reduce your stress. The inability to face danger or risk associated with our dreams has compounded people stress. Learn to have or develop courage. It will surely minimize your stress.
2. 2.:Poise: Is to prepare oneself for something unpleasant or difficult. Many people are suffering from too much stress because of a lack of poise. Seldom, do they prepare themselves to face difficulties. That is why in the face of difficulty, they quickly or easily give up. They get busy all day doing the things whose gains are more of short-term or urgent. Those things with long- term profit are most often kept at the background. Most people often love to go after things that please their mine even when those things are not the main or major. Going after what pleases you, instead of what you are supposed to do or be doing, is a sure way to increase your stress. If the main things are left undone, it then means that nothing has being done. Doing what you are supposed to be doing is a stress reduction process.
14. 14. When your power or level of actions is at the level of your desire or equal to your desire: Our desires have different actions to make them come true. If the power of your actions are not in the corresponding level of your desires, it becomes too difficult to achieve those desires. If your actions and your desires are not in the same level, you can’t achieve that desire. The two must married each other. When you put little effort into what you are doing, how do you expect to achieve that thing? It is impossible. If you must reduce your stress, you must up your game by raising your actions to be at equal with your desires. Most people don’t get to achieve their desires because their level or power of actions is at the lower level while their desire is at the upper level, thus, they increase their stress.

Forgiveness is not only limited to other people who offended us. But also include our ability to forgive ourselves of our past mistakes. Most people tend to hold unto the past and refuse to let go. This actions of holding unto the past is a promoter of stress. Forgiveness helps us to move away from the past and focus on the future.
