Self-esteem is one of the basic human need that everyone
crave to achieve. The failure to achieve this basic need had led to or caused
frustrations, depression, stress, distress, unhappiness or undue sadness. And
also contributed to the reduction in many people sense of belonging.
Self-esteem is a feeling of pride in yourself. When your self-esteem is at the
downside or at the lower side or low, there are several things you can do to
boast it up. Here are somethings you can be doing to help boast your self-esteem:
1. 1. Enjoy your work: It is good to enjoy your work that is why you need to learn to put happiness or joy into your work. When you don’t like or love your work, it goes a long way to affect you negatively. In order to be positively affected, we should learn to bring happiness into what we are doing. By so doing, we will be able to boast our self-esteem.
2. 2. Take enough exercise: it is very important to exercise oneself on a regular basis to improve the body functioning, and to keep it in good shape. Enough good exercise strengthen the muscles and make the body flexible. Without exercising the body on regular basis, the muscles become stiff. The body will lack the stamina it deserves. Taking enough good exercise helps you to boast your self-esteem.

The compliment I get when I dress well or neatly is quite different from when I am not properly dressed. Always learn to dress neatly because it promote and boast people self-esteem.

Anything that is done on a regular basis or frequently tend to become a habit, knowingly or unknowingly. When you are clean in your behavior, you get attracted to many people and by so doing, you tactically boast your self-esteem. But if your habit is dirty, people will dislike you. And when you are disliked by people, it will negatively affect your self-esteem. Instead of promoting ones self-esteem, bad habits decrease it drastically.
